am i crying? am i sweating? or is it raining?

Merry Christmas! I do hope everyone is having a great holiday season :)
Currently here in boring ole DFW area it is raining and cold..but that definitely calls for a good run
Didn't run as far as I usually do but that rain and wind was pretty harsh! Ran the trail from my house
to a near by park and did a lap around the pond.. it was enjoyable. I was alone but I had fun
Yesterday was my last day of TABATA for the weeek and I am going out of town for the next few 
days but will still definitely be working out! It is a holiday season so I will probably end up cheating
on my calorie intake...buttt ya knowww... i'll just run harder later. <3 :)
